Paint Protection
A liquid-glass layer that bonds to your clear coat and stays there for years, not weeks. Four durability tiers, every one of them prepped properly first.
Wax sits on top of your paint and washes away. A ceramic coating bonds to the clear coat and becomes a harder sacrificial layer above it. Water sheets off instead of sitting, road film and bug splatter struggle to grab hold, and the paint keeps a deep, wet-looking gloss long after a wax would have given up.
In Iowa that matters more than it does in a mild climate. Winter here means brine on the road from November through March, and a coated panel gives salt far less to bite into and makes the wash that removes it much easier on the finish.
The tier is the chemistry, not the process. Every coating gets the same preparation; a thicker, harder coating costs more and holds up longer.

3 Year
$1,100
The common choice for a daily driver that lives outside and sees a full Iowa winter each year.
5 Year
$1,300
Harder chemistry, more gloss retention. Worth it on a vehicle you intend to keep.
8 Year
$1,500
The longest we offer. For a new vehicle, a repaint, or paint you want protected for the long haul.
A coating locks in whatever is underneath it. Applied over contaminated or swirled paint, it preserves the defects for years. So most of the time goes in before the coating is opened.
Price reflects vehicle size and paint condition. Heavier correction work (deep scratches, severe swirling, or oxidation) is quoted separately. Plan on leaving the vehicle with us: the coating needs time to cure, and we will ask you to hold off on washing for the first week.
No, and anyone who says otherwise is selling something. A coating adds a harder sacrificial layer that shrugs off the light swirls that come from washing and drying, and it makes contaminants far easier to remove before they etch. Rock chips and deep scratches can still happen. What changes is how much damage routine use does.
The tiers reflect the durability of the coating itself. Real-world life still comes down to care: regular pH-neutral washes and no automatic brush tunnels. We will walk you through the aftercare before you pick the vehicle up.
Yes, but the preparation still happens, because the coating is only as good as the surface under it. Bring it in and we will look at the paint and give you an exact number before anything starts.
A coated vehicle still needs washing, just gently and on a schedule. Our Maintenance Detail Program exists for exactly this: pH-neutral washes at a set interval so the coating does the job it was paid to do. If you would rather we came to you, mobile service is available on request.
